Refitting 1999 Nissan Skyline GT-R V-spec (R34)
Kyle from America grew up almost on the track. His father struggled in the car, competed in SCCA's American car series, competed in nearby regional racetracks such as Willow Springs, and participated in the stunt driving of films. Finally, they set up a car photography company. Young Kyle's first car was' 91 Chevrolet Camaro, which he and his father modified. Then he had all kinds of cars - Subarus, Chevrolet trucks, Volvo trucks, '65 Volkswagen Beetles - and finally he found the drift expert JDM.
The SR he bought in 12 years replaced S13 to let him know about Nissan, and films like the fast and the future helped Kyle further deepen his appreciation of gt-r. The R34 became his dream car. With Nissan's halo cars in the late 1990s and early '00s, the Skyline GT-R is still more advanced than most of the imported technologies that are usually retrofitted in North America. Many of its unique properties are surrounded by coding languages, instructions, and enthusiast experiences. Take super hicas four-wheel steering as an example: it's a welcome benefit for other GT-R models on street tires, but with stiffer suspension and swing bars and stronger track tires, the system will become overwhelmed and fail at dangerous times. Kyle's solution is simple: by removing the electronic steering module and replacing it with the DriverWorks locking lever, and converting the car's customized tow arm settings to a more traditional way, it will be abandoned.
